    First I took 400 away from 958 which equalled 558. Then I took 39 from 558 which equalled 519. Therefore the answer is 519.

  2. i worked it out by - 400 from 958 that = 558 then take 30 from it that = 528 - 9 = 519

  4. 18 - 9 = 9 40 - 30 = 10 900 - 400 = 500 500 + 10 + 9 = 519
